Who is this for?

Our Active Listening Skills program is a corporate group program, hosted in-person at a location of your choosing or in a live virtual classroom. The program is applicable to any business person.

Program Description:

This program is designed to provide a comprehensive and interactive experience aimed at helping participants become more conscious, active listeners. This allows them to respond thoughtfully and thoroughly, thereby creating more efficient and effective conversations and relationships.

Participants will learn about and practice:

  • Identifying and overcoming common listening blocks.

  • How non-verbal cues impact their ability to listen and interpret emotional responses.

  • How to show they’re listening using non-verbal cues.

  • How to actively listen when they disagree with another’s point of view.

  • How to listen without interrupting the speaker.

  • How to actively listen in hard-to-listen scenarios - when the speaker is boring, long-winded, or too detailed.

  • How to ask questions in order to keep the conversation going.

  • How to receive and respond to critical feedback.

Program Format:

  • In-Person: Half to one full day depending on group size.
