Critical skills for sales professionals
This is 2 Day program delivered for up to 12 sales professionals. Each sales person is coached across the Four Quadrants: Executive Presence, Message Organization, Delivery (from PPT at the screen, seated using handouts and standing using notes) and Q & A. Each sales person is videotaped 7 times with coaching feedback and tape review.
They use their own sales processes and materials to simulate a client or prospect presentation.
