Organizing a message is all about who you will be speaking to and what you want their outcome to be when you’re done speaking. In most cases the speaker is there to do one or two of two things:
• To Inform, Update or Educate…we call this a Know This message.
• To Recommend, Propose, Persuade or Influence…we call this a Do This message.
We provide Formats/Templates or recipes for a speaker to use or organize his or her content. We also identify the 6 Key Forms of Influence which make a message compelling, memorable, and sticky.
